From the main menu, click on Blackout Days. Click on icon of the little folder with the blue arrow pointing down next to the blackout date you wish to deactivate. This will allow you to serve on those days.

You will need to click 'Ok' to confirm the deactivation. After you do so, a line will cross out the entry.
